We have been providing Accident & Health claims and work injury management services to employers and workers for over 25 years.

Today, our group employs over 47 staff, with offices in Melbourne (Head Office) and Brisbane.  We provide a national service with onsite presence, as required.

Claims Management – Accident & Health Insurance

We’re one of the few companies appointed by QBE Australia to handle Accident & Health insurance claims directly on their behalf.  Our dedicated claims management teams provide effective and compassionate support during an often difficult time.

Work Injury Management – Workers’ Compensation

We offer fully trained and highly experienced Injury Management Coordinators to support the employer and injured worker through the entire Workers’ Compensation process.  We have a firm understanding of Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation & Return-to-Work matters, as well as specific skills to assist both employees and employers when a work injury occurs.  Key to our success is early intervention and working collaboratively with all parties.
